Working hard to get a lot of writing done so maybe I can use my tickets to the Fox tonight to see Spring Awakening.

SPEAKING

You don’t need another speaker.

The worst thing that can happen when I speak is that the audience politely listens to what I have to say. And that’s it. If I’m talking and the only thing that changes in the room is the sound…I have failed my audience.

You need a transformational speaker.

When I speak to your group, I want something to happen. I want the audience to be entertained, awakened to new ideas, inspired, educated, or in some way transformed by the conversation that takes place. And even though I am the one in the front of the room, I believe that what takes place should be a conversation. As much as possible, when I speak, I want it to be an interactive environment.

Sometimes that involves interactive participation. Sometimes it means asking a stimulating question that stirs their hearts and minds. Other times, it’s a life application or a specific challenge to the audience that they have to apply to their life. Having a speaker isn’t enough anymore—you need a speaker who makes a difference.

Do you have an upcoming event and need a dynamic speaker? I have been speaking and teaching professionally for over twenty years to groups of all sizes. Whether you need to inspire a small MOPS group or hundreds of professionals, I can tailor a program to fit your budget and your programming needs. Below you will find a selection of environments and topics that I have done in the past as well as contact information.

What They’re Saying…

Jennifer is a vivacious, passionate communicator. She professional and organized in her presentations. Her sense of humor helps to engage her audience. Most importantly she is a woman whose life has been changed through her relationship with the Lord. She uses her gifts to empower others in their understanding and application of God’s plan for their lives.

Marsha Crowe, Minister to Women at Johnson Ferry

Jennifer has a heart for training writers and offers solid content to help them get published and market their messages. Her workshop on pitching editors is one of the most practical and popular topics I’ve had on my schedule.

Lin Johnson, Director, Write-to-Publish Conference

I invited Jennifer Schuchmann to deliver the keynote address at our church’s annual workshop for religious education volunteers.  She was the ideal speaker:  thought provoking, interesting, entertaining, and definitely inspirational.  All of our hundred-plus attendees had nothing but positive remarks about her talk, and many couldn’t wait to. . .hear more from her.
