Why is this offer only good in certain states? Ha! You’ve obviously found your way here via a blog post by someone who didn’t read the listing carefully. The sub-title of the book is “Offer Only Available in Certain States” which implies you have to be in a certain state of mind to hear God  and it fits nicely with the sub-title of our first collaborative book which was, Six Prayers God Always Answers: Results May Vary.
